Helping you find a path to change

Life Transistions
Life transitions are both the completion of one journey and the embarking of another at the same time. Significant transitions are also a necessary - albeit difficult - part of life. Examples may include starting a family, adult or adolescent children moving out of the home, major job transitions, mid-life crises, growing old and realizing significant age-related changes, adolescents moving into adulthood, young children becoming adolescents, dealing with illness, and many others. The difficulties often associated with these changes can include fear, anxiety, depression, grief, and disruption of important relationships.

My work with clients in this area will focus on getting "unstuck" and moving forward through their transition. I will serve to both reflect the journey and set a guidepost for choice. In the end, my goal is that clients will experience or remember the transition as a significant passage.
